Originally from Taiwan, I have called Sydney home for over 15 years, and I've been a certified tour guide since 2012 and a tour manager since 2015. In the last couple of years alone, I have hosted in excess of 50 extended trips for visitors to Australia, New Zealand and Fiji from all over the world as a tour manager. In the last year, I guided over 1000 hours in various Sydney main attractions as a tour guide, including food/drink tasting walking tour, historical walking tour, adult & children's education tour as well as general Sydney day tour etc. I am also experienced in interpreting, for example at Sydney Opera House, I have interpreted the commentaries in English for our Mandarin speaking visitors on a monthly basis in the last two years, and I experienced conducting commentaries in both English and Mandarin for quite a number of occasions. I speak fluent English, Mandarin and Taiwanese.

I am passionate about Australia, its people, and cultures. My desire is to share this passion and knowledge to create an experience for travellers to also fall in love with this country.
As an experienced professional tour guide, a professional member of the Australian Institute of Tour Guides and a Sydney local, I customise tours to meet the interests of my clients. I am known for my educative style, depth of knowledge and friendly demeanour.
While I have a broad knowledge-base and experience, I specialise in the history of convict and colonial Australia, The Rocks, sights and highlights of Sydney and the Sydney Olympic Park precinct. My experience ranges across diverse ages, having guided primary and high school aged children through to seniors’ groups, and tailored private tours.
I graduated first-in-class with Certificate IV in Guiding from TAFENSW, Sydney Institute. I also have qualifications, experience, and awards in the Hospitality Industry, in Training and Assessment and in other areas. Being a Tour Guide is what I chose to do, not because it is a job but because it is a privilege and a joy.
