Originally from Taiwan, I have called Sydney home for over 15 years, and I've been a certified tour guide since 2012 and a tour manager since 2015. In the last couple of years alone, I have hosted in excess of 50 extended trips for visitors to Australia, New Zealand and Fiji from all over the world as a tour manager. In the last year, I guided over 1000 hours in various Sydney main attractions as a tour guide, including food/drink tasting walking tour, historical walking tour, adult & children's education tour as well as general Sydney day tour etc. I am also experienced in interpreting, for example at Sydney Opera House, I have interpreted the commentaries in English for our Mandarin speaking visitors on a monthly basis in the last two years, and I experienced conducting commentaries in both English and Mandarin for quite a number of occasions. I speak fluent English, Mandarin and Taiwanese.
I am a certified Kakadu National Park and Uluru- Kata Tjuta National Park tour guide and am a qualified trainer and assessor working as a part-time tour guiding teacher in Ultimo TAFE in Sydney. I was honoured as a highly commended student in Certificate IV Tourism Guiding training in 2012.
